Kimberly Peters has a strong background in healthcare operations and home care. Kimberly worked at Catholic Health System as the Vice President of Operations, where they focused on managing the financial viability and growth of the organization. Kimberly was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Niagara County Home Health Agency and oversaw the agency's authorization/utilization management and billing departments. Additionally, they handled community outreach and marketing initiatives to cultivate referral relationships for home and community-based care. Before that, they worked at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice as a Physical Therapist and Care Center Preceptor. In this role, they specialized in orthopedic patient assessment and treatment and provided management and oversight to the Orthopedic rehabilitation team. Kimberly Peters obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist and Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo's School of Public Health and Health Professions, which they attended from 1985 to 1990. Kimberly then pursued a degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy from Daemen University and completed it between 2004 to 2006. In 2014 to 2015, Kimberly furthered their education by earning an Integrated Health Care Leadership Advanced Certificate from Medaille University.
