Laura Cianflone

Laura Cianflone serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Catholic Health since September 2023, following a nearly two-decade tenure with the organization in various human resources roles, including Vice President and System Director. Cianflone's extensive experience spans positions such as Director of Human Resources at multiple facilities and Manager of Human Resources at Sisters of Charity Hospital & St. Joseph Campus. Cianflone began a career in human resources as an Executive Recruiter and has a strong academic foundation with a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Business from Alfred University.
