Michelle Delo Ms

Michelle Delo MS, BSN currently serves as the Director of Nursing at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. since May 2023 and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bryant & Stratton College since May 2022. With extensive experience in clinical practice management, Michelle has held various roles, including Nurse Champion for Epic EHR Implementation at Catholic Health since April 2019, and Director of Clinical Practice Management for the Central Region at Catholic Health System from December 2016 to December 2022. Previous positions also include Clinical Coordinator III at Mercy Comprehensive Care Center and Clinical Coordinator at KenTon Family Practice. Michelle's earlier roles include RN Case Manager at Catholic Health System and Practice Care Coordinator at Independent Health. Educationally, Michelle holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Change and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Daemen University.
