Terry Bianchi

Terry Bianchi, CFRE, serves as the THRIVE Program Manager at Catholic Health since March 2013, leading a program that equips entry-level caregivers with essential life skills and workforce coaching to enhance their professional success and retention. Bianchi has held various roles including Corporate & Foundation Relations Officer and Interim Vice President of Development, where responsibilities encompassed directing partnership efforts and designing comprehensive fundraising strategies for the organization. Previously, Bianchi was the Appeal Advancement Director at Catholic Charities of Buffalo, managing a significant annual appeal, and served as the Associate Director of Advancement at the Foundation of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Buffalo, focusing on major gifts and grant processes. Bianchi's early career included managing treasury operations at Goldome Realty Credit Corp. Bianchi holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from St. Bonaventure University and an A.A.S. in Business Administration from Hilbert College.
