Melissa Camardo is a seasoned nonprofit leader with extensive experience in mission integration, community development, and anti-trafficking advocacy. Currently serving as First Councilor in Congregational Leadership at Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth since July 2022, Melissa previously convoked the North American Vincentian Family Gathering in 2021, focusing on racism and coordinating a large planning committee. At LifeWay Network, Melissa served as both a Core Community Member, supporting survivors of human trafficking, and as Director of Development, where $1,000,000 was raised annually to support safe housing initiatives. Melissa's background also includes key roles at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital, where mission integration and workforce development programs were developed and implemented.
