Patricia Irvine has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as the Administrator at McAuley Convent with Sisters of Mercy of the Americas since June 2022. Prior roles include Director of Clinical Operations at Reconstructive Orthopedics, where leadership encompassed operations across multiple divisions and clinical offices, and Director of Rehabilitation Services at Crozer-Keystone Health System, managing therapy programs across four hospitals. Additionally, as Director of Rehabilitation Services and Director of Inpatient Rehab at Temple University Hospital, Patricia directed operations for multiple therapy disciplines and managed substantial budgets. Earlier experience includes roles at Chestnut Hill Rehab Hospital and Moss Rehab, focusing on Medicare/Medicaid payment systems and operational protocol development, respectively. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
