Nika Suwarsih

Nika Suwarsih currently serves as the Dandenong Empowerment Hub Manager and Dandenong Training Program Manager at SisterWorks Inc., a not-for-profit social enterprise that empowers women. Nika also holds multiple roles, including Multicultural Safety Ambassador at the Migrant Workers Centre and the Victorian Trades Hall Council, where responsibilities include delivering educational sessions about workplace rights to migrant communities. Additional roles include Community Ambassador for Covid-19 campaigns with Think HQ and CultureVerse, and Director, Consultant, and Counsellor at Baroka, focusing on consultancy and event management. Nika has a diverse background in training, facilitation, and community development, supported by various educational qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and ongoing professional development in Training and Assessment.
