Sisu Group is a fast growing iGaming startup with offices in Tallinn and Malaga, driven by a team of more than 180 passionate professionals. We take pride in fostering a culture that’s fast-paced, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable. Sisu, the Finnish word for extraordinary courage and grit, perfectly captures our spirit as we set out to build the world’s most powerful iGaming products and next-generation player experiences.

Founded by the visionary team behind industry successes like Coolbet, Nordicbet, and Triobet, Sisu Group brings together over 1,100 years of hands-on experience in iGaming. We are product-led, innovation-obsessed, and know what it takes to build a successful company. Backed by €21M in secured funding, the majority of our company is owned by the people building it, our team.

We are on a mission to redefine the future of iGaming and sports betting by building cutting-edge technology and next-generation player experiences. Our 100% cloud-native platform is designed for performance, scalability, and agility-making it easy to power diverse brands across multiple markets.

In January 2024, ReSpin.com was launched, a lightning-fast online casino with a focus on personalized rewards and tailored user experiences. In June 2024, the launch of Epicbet.com followed, a bold, sports-driven brand built with a premium user journey and the fully proprietary sportsbook engine at its core.

Now in April 2026, we introduced our third brand Shokker. Bold, fresh, and unapologetically different, it’s designed to bring a new energy and stand out in its own way

As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re always on the lookout for top talent ready to make an impact. At Sisu, we are avoiding corporate, and everyone is an owner-offering competitive salaries with stock options to match.
