Russell Aldridge

Russell Aldridge's work experience includes serving as the CEO and Co-founder of Sisu, a company that develops robots to help businesses grow without the need for hiring more staff. At Sisu, they focused on creating robots that are easy to learn, use, and program, enabling anyone to program a robot without the expense of hiring a dedicated robot programmer. Prior to that, Russell worked as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at National Instruments, specializing in mechanical design, electronic packaging, thermal analysis, and vibration analysis. Russell also had expertise in electronic thermo/mechanical design using liquid gap filling material.

Russell Aldridge earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University between 2003 and 2007.
