Adrian Neicu

Adrian Neicu has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Adrian started their career in 2011 at the Romanian Intelligence Service, where they served as an Information Technology Operations Specialist and later as an Information Technology Team Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for designing and engineering IT networks and leveraging and administrating a private cloud solution.

In 2018, Adrian joined Microsoft as a Cloud Support Engineer, providing technical support for Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune & SCCM) to enterprise customers. Adrian then moved to Halian as an O365 Cloud Solutions Consultant, where they offered technical support on Microsoft products and worked on data migration projects.

From 2019 to 2022, Adrian worked at SES Satellites, first as a Digital Workplace Engineer and then as a Team Leader, Digital Workplace. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering proactive services, planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing Modern Work solutions, and managing the M365 ecosystem & backup.

Most recently, Adrian joined Sisvel Group in 2022 as the Head of IT, where they lead the IT department.

Adrian Neicu completed a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, specializing in "Speaker recognition for mobile users," at the Military Technical Academy from 2008 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Integrated Telecom Networks, focusing on the "Romanian electronic communications market: present and perspectives," at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Adrian obtained the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in the year 2021.
