Carleen Haylett serves as the CEO of EnrichedHQ, a company focused on supporting working parents through innovative childcare solutions. As a Founding Member of both Chief and Parenthood Ventures, Carleen fosters connections among women executive leaders and develops a parent-focused startup ecosystem, respectively. Carleen has extensive experience in sales and account management, having previously held key roles at Infor, Pegasystems, Oracle, and IONA Technologies. Additional involvement includes being part of the LAUNCH Accelerator 25 Portfolio Company. Carleen's educational background includes studies at New York University.
