Frank Hauer is currently the Teamleiter SPS Abteilung / Head of PLC Controls at Sit SteuerungsTechnik GmbH since March 2012. Frank is responsible for managing up to 70 employees and subcontracting up to 80 external workers. Prior to their current role, Frank worked as a Projektteamleiter / Project Team Leader, overseeing technical projects and leading programming teams of up to 20 individuals. Before joining Sit SteuerungsTechnik GmbH, Frank served in the Bundeswehr from March 2000 to February 2012 as a Soldat.
