Vis Challa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

In 1994, Vis started as a Development Engineer at CMC Ltd., India, where they worked on projects to provide electronic ticketing for Indian Railways and a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system for state electricity boards.

From 1996 to 1998, Vis worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Villanova University, focusing on supporting research in Digital Signal Processing.

In 1998, Vis became a SAP Technical Consultant at Nexus Technologies, where they worked until 2000.

From 2000 to 2004, Vis worked at SAP America in various roles, including Field Services Specialist and SAP Insurance Solutions Roll Out Manager. Their responsibilities included responding to RFPs, developing customer-specific solutions, managing roll-out activities, and conducting training sessions.

In 2007 and 2008, Vis worked as an Insurance Solutions Manager at SAP America, responsible for identifying market requirements and collaborating with functional experts to develop solutions.

From 2009 to 2014, Vis worked as an Insurance Solution Principal at SAP America, generating leads and opportunities, managing sales cycles, and actively contributing to sales and revenue growth.

Since 2014, Vis has been Vice President of Global Business Development at Sita Corp, where they focus on expanding the company's presence globally and developing new markets and customers for their software services and solutions. Vis also ensures a high level of customer service and offerings.

Vis Challa completed a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 1996 to 1998, Vis Challa pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova University.
