Afaq Asim Shah is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and network troubleshooting. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Field Engineer at SITA since May 2015, Afaq specializes in IT solutions and customer service, focusing on resolving network issues. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Field Engineer on airport handling devices for Terminal 3 and 4 and as an IT Operation Specialist at Sodas Trading Group, managing and troubleshooting networks, hardware, and software.
