Ahmed Khalaf

Ahmed Khalaf is an experienced professional in the field of site reliability engineering and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Lead Site Reliability Engineer for SITA since March 2018. In this role, Ahmed has also acted as an expert in service operation at the SITA Command Center YUL. Prior to this, Ahmed held the position of Lead Analyst in Service Improvement, contributing to operational enhancement strategies aligned with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. With a solid background as Lead Engineer in Field Operations for the SITA Project KAIA at Jeraisy Computers and Communications Services from February 2012 to February 2018, and as an Infrastructure Engineer for the Zain Project at Alnakkal Center, Ahmed has demonstrated expertise in providing operational support and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and customer contract terms. Early career experience includes the role of Specialist Field Engineer at Al Maestro Group, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering obtained from the Academy of Specialized Studies.
