Darren Yeates

Darren Yeates is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and Agile transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering and Head of Agile at SITA, Darren's previous roles include Bank-wide Agile Transformation Lead at NatWest, where responsibilities involved driving customer-focused outcomes. At BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, Darren led the Agile and Engineering Management Practice, creating a coaching capability for a global workforce. Additional roles include management and engineering positions at McLaren Applied Technologies, Detica, Aircom International, Thales Training & Simulation, GEC Marconi, and Intersim Ltd., encompassing various responsibilities from software development to engineering management. Darren holds a Higher National Diploma in Aerospace Engineering from Crawley College of Technology.
