Jean-Francois Morin

Jean-Francois Morin has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and data services industry, currently serving as Portfolio Lead for Data, Analytics & API Services at SITA since September 2000. Morin leads a high-performing team in the development and launch of innovative solutions while driving strategic service management and ensuring client satisfaction. Previous positions at SITA include Head of Vendor Management Bid Support, responsible for competitive solution delivery, and Head of Solution Design for Eastern & Central Europe, overseeing business development and technical strategy in the region. Early career roles at Cegetel and Relay Software Business included responsibilities in service development and software programming. Morin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, a BSC Honours in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, and participated in the Programme Jean Monnet at École Polytechnique.
