Jerry Yu

Jerry Yu is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service operations and technical support. At SITA, Jerry Yu has progressed through various roles, culminating as Senior Manager of Service Operations, where responsibilities include incident, change, and problem management using ITIL-compliant tools, proactive monitoring of cloud environments, and support for DaaS and IaaS platforms. Prior to this, Jerry Yu served as an IT Administrator at Jesta I.S., providing technical support to over 100 end users and managing critical systems such as Active Directory and VPN accounts. Jerry Yu holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University.
