Matt Wood

Matt Wood is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution design and telephony architecture. As a Senior Manager and Solution Designer at SITA since May 2021, Matt focuses on aligning customer business requirements with SITA's solutions, participating throughout the engagement life cycle, and managing vendor selections for optimal solutions. Previously, Matt served as a Solutions Architect at otherwise Portage and as an Expert Service & Infrastructure Operations Telephony Architect at SITA, where expertise in designing international contact center systems and optimizing call flows was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes the role of Communications Systems Analyst at JDS Uniphase, where significant achievements in telephony network administration and optimization were made. Matt holds a degree from Bishop's University, earned between 1993 and 2000.
