Rosangela Silva

Rosangela Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and regulatory affairs within the communications and IT sectors. Presently serving as Senior Manager of Global Ethics & Compliance at SITA since July 2006, Rosangela is responsible for the development and implementation of ethical guidelines, policies, and employee training programs. Concurrently, Rosangela manages SITA's operating rights across 52+ countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on regulatory compliance and negotiations with local government officials. Previously, as Director of Regulatory Affairs at Orange Business, Rosangela managed operating rights in over 40 countries, while earlier experience includes practicing as a Labor Law Attorney at the Law Offices of Roberto Nobrega de Almeida Filho. Rosangela holds a graduate degree in Law from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba and has furthered professional expertise through training with the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and Baker & McKenzie London.
