Rowan Richards

Rowan Richards has extensive experience in engineering and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Specialist Engineer in Service Operations at SITA since February 2011, with previous roles including Senior Engineer and Field Operations Engineer. Prior to SITA, Rowan worked at Total Telecommunications Ltd from October 2002 to November 2009 as a Technical Support Officer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from The University of the West Indies, Mona (2015-2018), a BSc in Operations Management from the same institution (2007-2012), and a Diploma in Software Design & Programming from the Caribbean Institute of Technology (2001-2002).
