Valentin Tiron

Valentin Tiron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and financial management. Currently a Manager in Corporate Development and M&A at SITA since July 2011, Valentin has excelled in identifying acquisition targets, collaborating with venture capital firms, and managing the deal execution process. Prior roles include managing business finance operations, where Valentin coordinated a $300M budget, and serving as a Senior Analyst in Financial IT Systems, focusing on automation and data analysis. Previous experiences at Honeywell Aerospace and KPMG provided a strong foundation in corporate strategy, financial auditing, and investment banking. Valentin holds an International MBA from IE Business School and a Master's degree in International Management and Strategy from HEC Lausanne.
