Yair Bonastre Majoral

Yair Bonastre Majoral currently serves as a Senior MLOps Tech Lead Engineer at SITA, focusing on the technical development of a scalable production-grade MLOps pipeline for the OptiFlight solution. Previously, Yair worked at Midokura as an Artificial Intelligence Tech Lead Engineer, leading a team in creating an advanced AI SDK utilizing TensorFlow and PyTorch. Yair's experience also includes roles as an Associate Professor at CIM UPC, Director of IIoT Postgraduate, and Internet of Things Consultant at Gaiamesh, alongside various engineering and consultancy positions at companies such as TEDELOC, InferUp, and Alstom. Yair holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master's in Automation Engineering and Projects from Fundació CIM.
