Previous roles at SITA include Senior Manager in Service Improvement and Expert in Service Management, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Prior to SITA, Zinnia worked as a freelance corporate trainer and consultant and held significant positions at Genpact, including Assistant Vice President in U.S. Healthcare operations. Zinnia holds an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Calcutta, enhancing expertise in technical capabilities and functional leadership.
