Michele Napoli

Michele Napoli is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector, currently serving as a Functional AIT Test Engineer at SITAEL since January 2022. Previously, Michele held the position of Satellite AIT Engineer at OHB SE, where involvement included AIT test campaigns for the EnMAP hyperspectral satellite. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant Test Engineer at Altran, focusing on environmental tests for the Galileo FOC and EDRS-C satellites, as well as AIT Engineer at THALES ALENIA SPACE, contributing to functional and performance testing of satellite subsystems for the O3B communication project and the GALILEO IOV program. Early career experience includes analyzing production performance at Nova Frutta s.r.l. Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Salerno and has engaged in research shadowing at Hagen University.
