Sheila Etienne

Sheila Etienne has extensive experience in management, real estate, and criminal justice. Since 2012, Sheila has served as Owner and Director of 2 For Care Early Childhood Learning Center and as a Real Estate Agent with Sitar Realty Company. Previously, from October 2010 to June 2011, Sheila worked as a Program Support Specialist at the Department of Justice, providing senior level management support to the Deputy Director’s office. Additionally, Sheila was a Probation Officer with the State of New Jersey from June 1999 until January 2010. Sheila holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
