Shilpa Singhal is the Founder of Sitare Foundation, a role held since March 2016. Previous experience includes positions as a Software Engineer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from 1998 to 2000 and at Computers at Work from 1996 to 1998. Shilpa Singhal's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University (1995-1996), a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Binghamton University (1994-1995), and a Master of Science in Physics from Binghamton University (1992-1994).
