Joseph E. Chura

Joseph E. Chura is the SVP of Property Operations at SITE Centers. Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Joseph started their career as an architectural drafter at Gaede-Serne-Zofcin Architects. Joseph then worked as a project manager at Developers Diversified Realty Corporation and ka architecture before becoming the Director of Tenant Coordination at DDR Corp. In February 2008, they were promoted to SVP of Construction Management and held that position until December 2020.

Joseph has a proven track record of successful project management and delivery. Joseph has played a key role in the development and construction of many large retail projects across the United States. Under their leadership, the team at SITE Centers has completed numerous successful projects on time and on budget.

Joseph is a highly respected leader in the commercial real estate industry. Joseph is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has served on the board of directors for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Joseph E. Chura attended St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, OH before going on to the University of Notre Dame for their BS in Architecture. After graduating from Notre Dame, Chura pursued an MBA from Cleveland State University.
