Rachel Serfling

Rachel Serfling is a Marketing and Communications Associate at site design group, ltd., an award-winning landscape architecture, urban design, and architecture firm, since May 2023. Previously, Rachel served as Communications and Research Manager and Marketing and Research Coordinator at Levitt Bernstein from October 2015 to February 2023. Rachel also contributed as Research in Practice Leads at RIBA and as a Contributing Writer for CLOG, an international publication. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Exhibition Designer at The Field Museum, Marketing and Development Intern at Elmhurst Art Museum, and Chair of Tri-Council Community Advancement Program at Miami University. Additionally, Rachel has served as a Tour Facilitator for the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust and completed internships in architectural design. Rachel holds a Master's Degree in History & Critical Thinking in Architecture from the Architectural Association and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Architecture and Psychology from Miami University, with ongoing education in Mixed Methods Research at the University of Michigan and sustainable design studies in London.
