David is a Past President of SITE, a global network of meetings and event professionals, and a former Board Member of the Rwanda Convention Bureau. David also owned The Performance Academy, a leadership development company, and has previous experience in Human Resources Management at Barloworld Equipment and as an Industrial Relations Officer at Anglo American. David holds a B.Com degree in Psychology, Law, and Economics.
