Jordan Siegel

Jordan Siegel is the current CFO at Site Impact. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at Nabi Biopharmaceuticals Corporation from January 2006 to December 2008. Jordan was responsible for all finance, accounting, purchasing, human resources and information technology operations and reported to the President and CEO.

During their time at Nabi Biopharmaceuticals Corporation, they co-led the company's strategic alternatives process to unlock asset values. Jordan also restructured the company into two strategic business units (SBUs) and a corporate shared-services group. In addition, they streamlined financial reporting processes and restored confidence and credibility of Board of Directors, its Audit Committee and independent auditors. Jordan provided strong executive leadership during CEO and senior management transitions, including serving as CFO of Nabi and Biotest for several months.

Prior to their time at Nabi Biopharmaceuticals Corporation, Jordan Siegel was the Senior Financial Analyst at Pueblo International, Inc. from January 1990 to December 1992. Jordan then became the Chief Executive Officer at Biotest Pharmaceuticals Corporation from January 2012 to December 2015. After that, they became the Senior Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Biotest Pharmaceuticals Corporation from January 2007 to December 2012.

Jordan Siegel received their Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Jordan went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida.
