Erick Murillo

Erick Murillo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and training coordination across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Recruiter and Training Coordinator at Site Landscape Development since March 2025, Erick manages end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes while designing safety-focused training programs. Previously, as the Lead Recruiter at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers, Erick established the recruiting function, significantly reducing time-to-fill for diverse positions. Erick's background also includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Swiss American CDMO and a Contract Recruiter at Dallas Janitorial Services, among others. In addition to a strong recruitment foundation, Erick holds a Cybersecurity Certificate from The University of Texas at Dallas and possesses an Associate's degree from Collin College, along with a high school diploma from Plano East Sr High School.
