Olivia Jarman

Olivia Jarman has a diverse work experience starting from 2014 to present. Olivia began their career as a Corps Member for Teach For America, where they taught physics and chemistry at North Clayton High School. From 2016 to 2017, Olivia worked as a Special Project Coordinator at Uncommon Schools. Olivia then joined SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity) in 2017, where they held two positions: Program Manager, 11th Grade, and later Project Manager, Special Initiatives. In these roles, Olivia oversaw recruiting, onboarding, and grant requirements, as well as coordinated with external academic partners to support SEO Scholar's learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2022, Olivia became a Student at Fullstack Academy, where they worked on projects using modern technologies like React.js, JavaScript, and Redux.js. Currently, Olivia is a Junior Software Engineer at SITE Technologies.

Olivia Jarman's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Wingate University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Olivia completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. Following this, Olivia attended the University of Florida from 2012 to 2014, where they earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.

In 2020, Olivia enrolled at Brooklyn College, pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree with a specialization in School Psychology. Olivia completed their graduate studies in 2021.

Continuing their education, Olivia attended Fullstack Academy in 2022 and 2023, focusing on Computer Software Engineering. During their time at Fullstack Academy, they obtained additional certifications, including a Fullstack Web Development certification from Fullstack Academy itself, and completed several online courses through Codecademy. These courses include "Learn SQL Course," "Learn the Basics of Regular Expressions Course," and "Learn CSS Course."
