Alicia Douley

Alicia Douley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Product Owner at Sitecore since April 2019, Alicia focuses on understanding market needs, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable solutions. Prior roles include Functional Analyst at Sitecore, where Alicia translated business needs into actionable requirements, and Process Analyst at Candriam, responsible for data integration and performance measurement. Earlier, Alicia worked as a Business Analyst and Tax Shelter Advisor at uFund, enhancing operational efficiency and managing client relationships.
