Emilie Vanderkeilen

Emilie Vanderkeilen is the Senior Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner at Sitecore. Emilie has over 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition and HR field.

Emilie began their career as an Executive Assistant & Business Development at Studley, a leading commercial real estate services firm. Emilie then spent three years as the Executive Assistant at Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc., a leading global construction and development company.

In 2016, Emilie joined Stylelabs, a Sitecore company, as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Emilie led all aspects of recruiting for the company, including developing employer branding initiatives and strategies to attract top talent. In 2018, Stylelabs was acquired by Sitecore and Emilie became the Senior Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner.

Emilie Vanderkeilen has a master's degree in business economics and management from the University of Brussels, EHSAL. Emilie is also a Microsoft Office Expert and has a certification in import/export management from Syntra.

Emilie Vanderkeilen reports to Shane Hicks, Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition. They are on a team with Dessislava Nenkova - Talent Operations Team Lead, EMEA, Nathan Avery - Director, EMEA Talent Acquisition, and Jeneve Shock - Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
