Manuel Rodriguez Sierra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Sitecore since January 2022, Manuel manages high-touch accounts and fosters deep relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and ROI. Prior experience includes over a decade at Cisco, where roles ranged from Customer Delivery Manager, overseeing teams of engineers, to Customer Support Engineer, providing technical support for Service Provider customers. Earlier in the career, Manuel held various engineering and pre-sales positions at companies such as Techno Trends, OvisLink España, Telefonica R&D, and Motorola Spain.
