Shannon Gray is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Field CTO at Sitecore since October 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Optimizely from March 2012 to September 2025 as Sr. Director of Solution Architecture, where Shannon led presales solution architecture teams, secured numerous enterprise deals exceeding $1M in TCV, and developed innovative demonstration approaches. Other roles at Optimizely included Director of Solution Architecture, Solutions Architect, and Manager of Expert Services. Prior to Optimizely, Shannon worked at Mediachase and Bank of America, contributing to B2C and B2B application development and leading the creation of an online banking sales channel. Shannon began a career in software development at Citigate Hudson Technology Group, developing financial analysis applications, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
