Monika Kuneva

Monika Kuneva is the Legal Manager at SiteGround. Monika has over seven years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.

Monika started their career in customer service with Title X Technology. Monika was responsible for providing customer service to a variety of customers. After three months of comprehensive training, they began handling customer questions and complaints.

In 2009, Monika joined Hostway Corporation as an Enterprise Sales Executive. Monika worked with a variety of businesses located all over the world, including the US, LATAM, Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa. Her work focused on establishing business needs, finding appropriate solutions with the help of solution architects, developers and technicians, and negotiating terms and execution.

In 2013, Monika rejoined the customer service field with Title X Technology. Monika became an Online Marketing Executive and was responsible for providing customer service to a variety of customers.

In 2014, Monika left Title X Technology to join SiteGround as their Legal Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing the legal team and providing support to the sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Monika Kuneva has a Bachelor's in Philosophy and a Bachelor's in Education from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Monika also has a certification from Google in Google AdWords Qualified - Search Advertising.

They work with Yanitsa Kaloyanova - CFO, Milena Stefanova - Director, and Monika Dimitrova - Growth Manager. Their manager is Tenko Nikolov, CEO.
