Stanislav Apostolov

Stanislav Apostolov started their career as an Intern - Junior Analyst at Tokuda Bank in 2007. Stanislav then worked as an Enterprise Risk Services - Consultant at Deloitte from 2008 to 2010. Apostolov moved on to HP Enterprise Security Services, where they served as a Compliance Security Officer, Site Security Officer, Account Security Officer, and finally as a Team Lead, Information Risk Management from 2010 to 2016. Stanislav joined Paysafe Group in 2016 as a Security Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst, responsible for governing the PCI DSS program for the Skrill Digital Wallet. Apostolov also managed a team of Identity and Access Managers and GDPR Due Diligence Specialists. Since 2019, they have been working at SiteGround Web Hosting Company as the Chief Information Security Officer.

Stanislav Apostolov holds a Master's degree in Computer and Systems Science from Stockholm University, which they completed from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the American University in Bulgaria, majoring in Economics as their first major and Computer Science as their second major, spanning from 2004 to 2008. Stanislav received their secondary education from the American College in Sofia from 2002 to 2004, with a focus on General Education. Stanislav began their education at The International School of the Hague, where they completed their IGCSE in General Education from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as CISA from ISACA, CISSP from (ISC)2, and ISMAS from EXIN.
