Martin Fitzpatrick

Martin Fitzpatrick is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Siteimprove since November 2024. Prior to this role, Martin held the CFO position at Shift Technology from April 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities included leading company strategy, accounting, tax, FP&A, Corporate Development, and Legal functions. Martin's prior experience includes serving as CFO at LLamasoft, Inc. from October 2017 to April 2021, overseeing financial strategy, and as Vice President of Finance at Qlik from June 2012 to October 2017, responsible for corporate planning and field finance teams globally as well as business growth in the APAC region. Earlier, Martin worked at JP Morgan Chase as Executive Director of Business & Financial Management for Global Technology Infrastructure in Asia Pacific, partnering with leadership to manage financial operations and investment projects. Martin holds an Executive MBA from Singapore Management University and an MSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University.
