James Bauler

James Bauler, MA, is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Fuse Oncology, Inc., where they focus on advancing oncology therapies. They have served as an Operating Partner at CruXolve Global, LLC since 2015, providing support to mission-driven startups. Prior to their current role, Bauler held various leadership positions, including Country Director for Samaritan’s Purse in Ethiopia and Afghanistan, where they managed significant budgets and initiated operational improvements. Their extensive experience also includes board memberships and roles in business development across diverse sectors, complemented by a Master of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University.
