Currently serving as Managing Director and Project Manager at sitem-insel AG since February 2022, Gosia previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at AO Spine, where responsibilities included guiding academic leadership in spine care and managing educational events across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to that, Gosia worked as a Project Manager at AO Foundation and held various roles at Baxter International, focusing on compliance and market access. Early career experiences included business development at Bystronic Group and teaching English at Ecole Lemania. Gosia's academic credentials include a Master of Arts from the University of Lausanne and certificates in Women's Leadership and Project Leadership from Yale School of Management and Cornell University, respectively.

It is located on the Insel Campus Bern and benefits from its proximity to Switzerland's largest university hospital (Inselspital) as well as the University of Bern. Our mission is to establish, operate and develop a National Center of Excellence for Translational Medicine that professionalizes translation research for the benefit of patients, society, and science. Education • The sitem-insel School and state-of-the-art Clinical Anatomy Training and Research (CATR) unit support future experts in the field of translational and entrepreneurial medicine as well as surgeons in the field of clinical anatomy with training and further education programs.
