Customer Success Team

The Customer Success Team at SiteMax Systems Inc. works to ensure clients effectively utilize and gain maximum value from the SiteMAX construction site management platform. Comprised of multiple Customer Success Managers and led by the VP of Customer Experience, the team provides onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help clients achieve their operational goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
