Scott Donnelly

Scott Donnelly currently serves as the Customer & Marketing Operations Enablement Manager at SiteMinder since September 2023. Previously, Scott held the position of Head of Customer and Digital Operations at Total Synergy from June 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading post-sale functions and owning the strategic direction and various operational programs. Prior to that, Scott worked at MyRepublic Australia from August 2017 to April 2019, contributing as Customer Experience Manager and overseeing a range of initiatives aimed at enhancing customer lifecycle experiences through insights and process improvements. Early in the career, Scott served as a Call Center Supervisor at the NSW Electoral Commission in 2017. Scott holds a Bachelor of Creative Technology from JMC Academy, completed between 2011 and 2013.
