Karen Piehl

Karen Piehl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience, real estate transaction management, and small business ownership. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at SiteOne Landscape Supply since August 2022, Karen focuses on enhancing digital engagement and E-Commerce sales while collaborating with various stakeholders to support digital operations. Previous roles include Transaction & Marketing Manager at Team Schuster F. C. Tucker Real Estate, where Karen significantly increased team sales, and Small Business Owner of Artistic Confectioner - Karen’s Cookies, managing all aspects of operations and marketing.
