Sean Serpe

Sean Serpe, SHRM-CP, serves as a Sr. HRIS Analyst at SiteOne Landscape Supply since June 2019, previously holding the HRIS Analyst position. Prior experience includes HRIS Analyst and Human Resources Specialist roles at Icahn Automotive Group LLC, where responsibilities encompassed support for over 200 locations, management of HRIS processes, payroll processing, and participation in the HR review committee. Other positions held include Talent Acquisition Specialist at Auto Plus Pep Boys, Human Resources Intern at Pep Boys, and Sales Associate at GNC. Sean earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Managing Human Capital from Saint Joseph's University and has also studied at The American University of Rome.
