Takoda Roland

Takoda Roland serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Sitero since November 2022, ensuring complex clinical trials adhere to budget and timeline requirements while leading the development of Project Managers, Clinical Research Associates, and Clinical Trial Assistants. Prior roles include Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Sitero, Clinical Research Consultant at Philadelphia Pharmaceutical Research, and Clinical Project Manager at Five Eleven Pharma. Takoda's experience encompasses oversight of clinical operations management, where recognition as a Top 10 Clinical Team Manager of the Year for 2020 was achieved while working at PRA Health Sciences. Various clinical roles have contributed expertise in managing trials across multiple therapeutic areas, including diabetes and metabolic diseases, as well as ownership of a podcast focused on clinical trials. Takoda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh.
