Elizabeth Meza

Elizabeth Meza has a strong background in people operations and human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Receptionist and Veterinary Technician at La Concepcion Animal Hospital until 2014. Elizabeth then interned as a Human Resources Intern at CMC Rescue, Inc. from March 2015 to September 2015. From September 2015 to August 2017, Elizabeth served as a Human Resources Assistant at Yardi. In November 2017, they joined Healthfirst as a Benefits Coordinator, a role they held until January 2018. Elizabeth then moved on to New York Public Radio, where they worked as an HR Systems & Benefits Specialist from January 2018 to March 2020, and later as a People Operations Manager from March 2020 to March 2021. Currently, they are employed at SiteRx, starting as a People Operations Lead from March 2021 to October 2021, then as a Senior Manager of People Operations from October 2021 to March 2023. Elizabeth currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at SiteRx, starting from March 2023.

Elizabeth Meza earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from UC Santa Barbara, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, Elizabeth pursued a Human Resources Management Certificate at UC Santa Barbara. Recently, they attained a SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resources Management, completed in 2020.
