Matt Ricci

Matt Ricci has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Matt is currently working at SiteRx as the Principal Product Manager since July 2022, after previously holding the role of Senior Product Manager from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Castellan Solutions as a Senior Product Manager from October 2020 to December 2021. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Product Manager at Infinite Blue.

Matt also has experience in the emergency services space, serving as the sole Product Manager and head of Customer Support at MissionMode Solutions from June 2016 to February 2019. Matt'srole involved supporting customers in the 911 and emergency services field and successfully launching a competitive v2 product. The company was subsequently acquired by a major publicly traded competitor.

Before their venture into product management, Matt held roles related to business continuity and emergency response. At Barclays, they worked as an AVP in the Business Continuity department from September 2015 to June 2016. Prior to that, they were involved in emergency response technology at JetBlue Airways, where they held the positions of Senior Analyst from September 2014 to September 2015 and Analyst from June 2012 to September 2014.

Matt's earlier experience includes working as an Adjunct Professor at Metropolitan College of New York since September 2014, teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses. Matt also had administrative roles at New York University as an Office Administrator from November 2010 to June 2012 and as the EMS Operations Director at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from August 2007 to July 2010.

Matt Ricci pursued a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) degree in Emergency & Disaster Management from Metropolitan College of New York from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Homeland Security at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In addition to their formal education, Matt has obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2017, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) from Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) in March 2016, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B) from the Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Services in August 2007. Matt also holds the Product Foundations: PMC-1 certification from Pragmatic Institute obtained in November 2020.
