Senior Director Of Customer Success, Energy at Sitetracker

Alex Aguero has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alex began their career as an IT Intern with BD in 2013, followed by an ITLP Associate role from 2014 to 2015. After that, they joined Sitetracker as an Enhancement, Development, and Support Lead from January 2016 to September 2017. Alex then progressed to the role of Enhancement, Development, and Support Manager from September 2017 to August 2019. Subsequently, they served as a CSM Manager from July 2018 to August 2019, and then as a Director of Customer Success from August 2019 to June 2021. Alex's tenure with Sitetracker continued as they became a Senior Director of Customer Success from June 2021 to August 2023. Currently, Alex holds the position of Senior Director of Customer Success, Energy at Sitetracker. Alongside their professional roles, Alex serves as an Advisory Board Member at Seton Hall University since February 2021.

Alex Aguero attended Stevens Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Business and Technology with a focus on Finance and Information Systems. In November 2019, they obtained a certification from Sitetracker.
